Advisory Committee, whose mandate is to help the O.S.C. identify and address investors'
issues.
- Developed an Investors Loss Recovery
model to enable investors, whose mutual funds were market timed, in the recent mutual fund
market timing scandal to identify and calculate their market timing losses.
- Developed the Efficient Portfolio
theory which radically changes existing portfolio construction and management by
eliminating the need for asset allocation, diversification and negatively correlated
investments, and which guarantees investors against losses.
